Welcome to Sinc! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and web services. By using our platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

Event listings are provided by users usually events organizers.
You agree not to post false or misleading event listings.
2.3 Intellectual property rights of event listings belong to the respective users.

3.2 Refund and cancellation policies are determined by event organizers.
3.3 Tickets are delivered electronically, and you are responsible for their safekeeping.

5. User Conduct
5.1 You agree not to engage in harassing or abusive behavior.
